The loft offers: - one covered parking spot conveniently located near the building entrance - 10-1/2 foot ceilings in all living areas - kitchen with wood cabinetry, steel sink and sleek black appliances - Garbage disposal, refrigerator, stove/oven, washer/dryer - custom-made shower with vintage blue mosaic tiles and free-standing clear glass shower door - terrazzo floors - Central air and heating Logistics: - Rent is $1850/month with a one-year lease - Deposit is $2050, fully refundable - The homeowners association requires a background check on all renters.
