The master bedroom requires an ac unit during the hot months and one can be provided for $10 extra for each month it is being used. The other two bedrooms are on the main level and are a little small because this house was built in the 20's. The kitchen is large and has ample cabinet space as well as a fridge, oven and dishwasher. A microwave can be provided at no extra cost. Gas is an average of $150 per month which the tenant will be responsible for. Water is an average of 35-50$ per month depending on use and is not included. Internet is included in the rent price and is Charter Spectrum. Pets are ok with a flat fee of $300 refundable deposit, provided that there is no pet related damage upon move out.
