U. Akron student rental. Great investment. 5 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 kitchen, $1600+ income. rent for each student $275-$350. monthly tax $155 month, $57 insurance. washer and dryer at basement. The 6 cars garage roof and door are falling apart long time ago. Realtor recommends do not take down garage because it is grandfather in with huge size of garage.
