This two-story house includes a backyard, central heating, air conditioning, washer, dryer, and access to management who address concerns promptly day or night. Tenant is responsible for utilities and mowing the yard. We prefer to sign a long-term lease (2-3 years). Landlord or property manager has the discretion to enter the premise with 12-24 hour notice. Tenants is expected to be clean and tidy as to prevent bugs and disgusting living situations. There will be periodic check ins to make sure the place is being kept up well but nothing too invasive! As a property manager, I prefer that tenants are flexible and maintain a good relationship with me so we can solve any problems that arise together! Simply, if something breaks, you have to let me know so we can get it fixed immediately!
