The "4th & Gill" neighborhood is known for all of its historic houses in Old North Knoxville. Most of the houses have been renivated or are currently in the process. The neighbors of the community are nice and friendly and watch out for each other (speeding cars, theifs, etc.). The neighborhood publishes a newsletter and has special events throughout the year.
