This quaint cottage has a warm, happy vibe that's lovely to come home to after a hard day of work. Brand new patio door and bedroom windows installed in Dec 2024. I am slowly updating the unit in between renters so pictures may not show new touches. It features tons of storage so it makes for a perfect longer stay. The backyard is almost fully enclosed by a fence with views of the mountains and only one neighbor's window to the side, giving a super rare privacy for being located in Utah, let alone a city. The neighbors are elderly and extremely quiet and alongside the great soundproofing of the home this has created a very peaceful place off a dead end road. Lots of sunlight and private space including a partially fenced in grassy backyard area with patio chairs and a view of mountains. The neighborhood is multicultural and the convenience of the location is hard to beat. There is even a Smith's Grocery store within a mile and the interstate entrance is just down the block. Two bedroom setup but one room has been outfitted as a gym/office and features a treadmill that's foldable, yoga mat, adjustable bowflex dumbbell weight set, and dumbbells in two sizes. It's a 15 minute walk to the Trax line where two free stops can take you to the UT Fair Park or in the opposite direction to the downtown area/ Delta Arena for fantastic shows. Spacious layout and great use of 850 sq feet. Galanz - 5 in one microwave and other amenities that make it feel like home. Washer and Dryer are in Unit. Looking for a mid-long term renter for my fully furnished home. I can give better deals for longer stays. 3+ months = $1,800 a month all utilities included. I can do $1750 a month for folks who want to sign over the electricity into their name. There are solar panels. If you time things well your electricity bill will be almost non-existent especially in the summer but not likely the winter. No smoking allowed. Cats preferred, dogs have to be under 40lbs due to HOA rules. There is a lovely backyard for them to play in, it's not fully enclosed, I ask folks to please pick up poo after their pets or else the HOA does not mow. I garden and spray for pests every so often when it's most convenient to the tenant. Let me know if you would prefer that instead, I can provide the tools. I cannot give tours while prior tenants are still present. I need a background check completed before I can approve of payment/lease signing.
