The entire house is furnished with impeccably clean and comfortable pieces. Our kitchen boasts ample space, highlighted by granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook up some delicious gulf coast seafood. If you're a fan of smoothies, we've got you covered with a blender ready for use. Additionally, we offer a toaster, Keurig, and french press for those who take their coffee seriously. Plus, our cozy dining room can comfortably seat up to four guests. The outdoor area is easily accessible from the Den room through double sliding doors. It boasts complete privacy with a 6-foot fence, along with bistro lights on the pergola and up-lit vegetation that you can control. In the mornings, it's the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee while admiring the butterflies that often visit our yard. You might even catch a surprise flyover of the Navy's Blue Angels during their practice sessions. For lunch, you can relax at the outdoor dining table and play some of our yard games. Additionally, we kindly ask that no parties or gatherings take place on the premises. Please be aware that any violation of these rules will result in a $500 fee, in addition to any damages caused. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Furnished Home, Looking for a short term renter or extended stay renter. From 60 days up to 12 months. Monthly Rent includes Internet, Trash, Lawn Service. Tenant will be responsible for Power & Water. Tenant will be responsible for paying rent on the first of every month, keeping home in the same condition as when rented. Weekly trash can pick up will fall on tenant to have cans to the street on pick up day. One pet negotiable, we are willing to discuss. If you have one, please inquire. NO junk allowed in yard and driveway is not to be used for oil changes or any car maintenance. Additionally, we kindly ask that no parties or gatherings take place on the premises.
