There are an additional two rooms in the basement, THESE ARE NOT BEDROOMS they are just for storage. There is a large fenced in back yard, with a decent amount of trees that creates some nice shade during the heat of the day. Stove, fridge, washer and dryer furnished. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
