The porch area has a large patio table with 8 comfortable chairs along with 4 lounge chairs to catch extra sun. Enjoy cooking on the grill located next to the patio table. The half bath is accessible from the patio. You can enter the patio area through 3 different patio doors - from the kitchen, entry way or master bedroom. The backyard is surrounded by a chain-link fence. You may relax by the dock next to the canal in two Adirondack chairs to catch some fish or to watch the turtles. There is air-conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in almost every room. The master suite has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is shopping, cinemas, beauty parlors, spas, local supermarkets, fast food and gourmet restaurants and the local beach at Cape Coral Yacht Club. Enjoy the many activities at the Yacht Club including a large outdoor pool, tennis, handball, racquetball, shuffleboard, free fishing pier, tiki restaurant, marina, bingo and plenty of planned activities. Several nearby golf courses are nearby along with a superb waterpark called Sunsplash. Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, known for their beaches and world-famous shelling, are also close by. Boating day trips are available to many barrier islands; Captiva, Sanibel, Usepa and Boca Grande. The smoke-free home is located in the best of all worlds. One can have all the vacation amenities but return to a lovely large private home to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of our residential neighborhood.
