We are subletting our apartment to move into a friends guesthouse. If you haven't seen Rowan, come and see Rowan. If you consider to live here, take ours. Because ours is at the corner with pool view and extra sunlight, AND it's cheaper. When we moved in, we had 4 weeks free which discounted the rent. Our rent is $2,236 vs the others $2,440 (they don't have any promotions now). We also had gift cards we will share with you. So if you rent ours, we will give you $1,000 cash.
