It's about midway between South 1st. and Bouldin off of Monroe. Pets are OK with a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet. Please drive by any time and check out location! $2000 1st month and $2000 deposit for a total of $4000 is required at the signing of the lease. The house is currently leased so pictures are from before renters moved in. These will be updated after move out.
