    This is the Old Tres Pinos School House built by Frank Delos Wolfe in 1915. He was a copy cat builder of Frank Lloyd Wright. The school was converted in 1978 to a home. There are three large bedrooms, two remodeled bathrooms, an office & media room that has a closet. The kitchen was just updated with granite, a farmhouse sink, paint & new knobs and hinges. There is also an auditorium with a full stage attached to the house as well as a kitchen area equip with a refrigerator, trash compactor and a sink. New granite as well. The entire home has bamboo flooring, except for in the bathrooms where there is radiant heat, tile floors. 2 new furnaces were installed as well as an AC unit. The palm trees in the front of the home are original.
