House is old but if you have a lot of money you can fix the leaky roof that leaks in 3 of the 5 rooms.....first I would get rid of the termites. The power box also needs to be replaced as we can only run one appliance at a time or the power shuts off, this side of the block also always seems to have power outages while the opposite side of the street rarely goes out....I dont understand that. The plumbing also needs work as the toilets overflow about every 3 months unless I have the line rooted out.
