Upstairs bathroom is yours, & has a shower & bathtub -Upstairs floor is carpet, so no food or drinks upstairs that can leave stains, except for water -I don't use the downstairs office & you can use it for work, but I do sometimes go in there for certain tasks like shredding documents. -The neighborhood currently has tennis courts, pickleball courts, a water park, & a lazy river. A gym / fitness center will be built & finished by 2026. Other Info: The house is 200 feet away from Highland Pines Golf / Country Club & Restaurant. We have a golf cart you, myself, or others can use if interested. The restaurant food is great, the pricing is solid for a country club restaurant & doesn't break the bank, & as a resident you'll get an additional discount on food. The house is located in Spring/Porter off of a toll road / 99, & has security patrolling the neighborhood. I'd prefer a responsible roommate that keeps their space clean & organized. We will have respect for each other's personal space & privacy. Plastic plates & plastic silverware are also preferred so that there's not dishes to clean up after most of the time. If you need to use dishes that's also fine, as long as you're able to clean them right after you eat or within 24 hours. The goal is simply to not have dirty dishes piling up. If the trash can is full & needs to be taken out, please take it out & replace the trash bag. That's also a shared mutual responsibility for everyone living in the house including myself. Dogs that don't shed are okay as long as you pick up after them routinely. A reference contact that can vouch for you being organized, clean, & respectful is needed, or at least someone that can speak highly of you, as well as an in-person meeting with my mother & I's approval before you move in. My mother also has a say in the process because she's in the process of selling me the house. Meeting with her is also nothing to stress over. Within 15 mins from the home, DoorDash shows 48 grocery stores, 426 pizza parlors, 194 Italian restaurants, 777 restaurants serving chicken based meals, 340 Mexican restaurants, 621 serving American food, 196 Thai restaurants, 719 sandwich shops, etc. Currently, there's no limit on how long you can stay.
