this house was NEVER sold on 7/1/14 for $150,000.my husband and I bought 7106 nw 70th street,tamarac fl.33321 on 7/06/01 for $100,000 and have not put it on the market EVER since that day.this last sale date has been verified by the Broward property appraisers office via phone and their website so I cant imagine what "public records" you have used.if this incorrect info isn't deleted in a timely manner I will be contracting the state attorney generals office to file a complaint for using knowingly fraudulent info on your website.if that doesn't bother you a lawsuit will follow for fraud
