No smoking, vaping, or marijuana is allowed inside the home, on the balconies, and must be kept at least 25 feet away from the building. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Registered guests only are allowed, with no additional guests or overnight visitors unless they're listed on your reservation. No shoes inside the home. Toilet paper only in the toilet. Guests must be 21 years or older. A fee of $500 will be charged for removing any or all guests/occupants, excessive noise, smoking, or breaking any house rules. A fee of $1000 will be charged for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. A fee of $50 per hour will be charged for unauthorized late check-out. A fee of $50 per person will be charged for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations. Retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules may be removed.
