The living space is a living/dining room combo 14x21 and is very cozy. The kitchen is updated with new cabinets, stainless steel frig, stove, dishwasher and microwave. I will provide dishes, dinnerware and cookware unless requested to remove. Office off kitchen 12x12 or additional bedroom. There is a large fenced in backyard, deck and front porch with porch swing. I will have an emergency maintenance man available for issues if they arise however everything in the house is only 5 yrs old. Because it is short term, I am providing the heat, electric, water and wifi internet. NO PETS OR KIDS ALLOWED This property will be available Jan 1st through March 31st. or Feb 1st through April 30th. I am open to dicussions about a 6 month lease as well.
