Updated Kitchen, bathrooms, hall/entry floor, landscaped, new paint, new carpet soon Neighborhood Description A nice mix of couples with young children to retirees. Most all in neighborhood have alot of pride in the exterior appearance of their house and their lawn. My street is a very friendly group spending alot of time out in the front talking and walking pets. Many have been living in the neighborhood for more than 10 or 20 years. We are close to park, schools, and the main shopping/eating area in Tulsa. It seems almost everything is within a mile or two, but we are on the `good' side of the traffic.
