This is a spacious two-bedroom, two-floor unit that's a short walk from downtown West Hartford. The complex is very pet-friendly: We have a pit bull mix and a corgi. The unit includes a full kitchen setup including a dishwasher and one and a half baths as well, and the building features in-complex laundry facilities and individual additional storage areas for tenants in the basement. The building itself is not extremely exciting but more than makes up for it with the amount of space in the apartment. Buyers would have to take a one-year lease; rent is $1,425 a month with a parking pass. Heat and hot water are included. We can also provide other details such as pet deposits if you need them. Our move-out date is mid Nov., so you'd be able to move in at that time. We'll be sad to see this apartment go but hope someone else can enjoy it!
