This wonderful neighborhood has been in existence for about 18 years. Many of our neighbors are the original homeowners. It is very quiet here and everyone is friendly and neighborly. It is managed through a HOA with very reasonable dues. With this system, the neighborhood remains clean and pleasing to the eye. A neighborhood park is available for all owners to use along with a walking trail which borders Mark West creek. This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Sonoma County. Shopping nearby is very convenient and we are in a top rated school district in the county.
