East Gate Inn has one and two bedroom apartments, each having a full-sized oven, refrigerator, and microwave along with a garbage disposal and dishwasher! With many cabinets and counterspace, the kitchens make storing and using appliances easy. Our one bedroom apartments also have a walk-in closet with built in shelving for ample storage! For our two bedroom apartments, each bedroom has their own closet and extra storage space in the living room. Each apartment has an assigned covered parking spot, and each building has visitor parking available. Renter is responsible for electric, cable/internet, and a monthly water reimbursment fee
