I have 2 rooms available for rent right now. The 1st floor room is 15'x19' with a closet. It will come with a king bed, a couch and 2 dressers one with a mirror. The 2nd room is a whole upstairs loft with a toilet and sink included. It is around 12'x22'. It will come with a queen sleigh bed, 2 dressers, and a TV stand and a chair. There is extra space also for a hanging clothes rack or other dresser. The main and only shower is on the first floor. I have a reliable washer and dryer in the basement along with a deep freezer for use as well. The whole house is available for use, and fully furnished except for one bedroom and the garage. I have a nice big back yard completely fenced in with a white privacy fence. There is a large deck for use as well out back. There is also a fire pit for use. Very quiet street and neighborhood. There are 2 cats in the house, very friendly and will be taken care of myself. All lawn care will be taken care of. Close walk to downtown and the Susquehanna river. I would appreciate two working professionals who will have their rent on time and act kindly to each other. I want 2 people who will clean up after themselves. I will not tolerate any guests or party's.
