    We are looking for a new roommate who adds to the energy of our home. We value respectful roommates. We don't want to throw parties but social gatherings are just fine. We tend to keep to ourselves and neither of us uses the kitchen a whole lot. No application fees but an in person interview is required. Shared bathroom with a half bath downstairs. Lease is one year. Pets are ok. The pet deposit is $900 per pet. The pictures are somewhat outdated. The living room looks different as the furnishings have changed. The room is available as early as July 1st. The house is 1600 sq ft town home. Located near the major intersection of Franklin and Orchard. 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath. Attached 2 car garage. Small fenced back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Located on a dead end street.
