I am sad, yet happy to have to put this apartment up for subleasing. I have loved living here for the past year and a half. It has everything needed, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a great working air conditioning and furnace unit. The bedroom is a very nice space, and has more than enough room for a queen or king bed. The walk-in closet is wonderful. My unit is on the bottom floor, relieving you of the hassle of going up and down the stairs every time you want to go outside. It is also facing the pond instead of the parking lot, which makes for much better scenery. There is also a patio outside, where you can set up chairs and a small table if wanted. Right upstairs in the building, there is a washer and dryer available. You are given a card that can be reloaded with money to use to pay for your laundry. Rent for the apartment is $549, and with utilities it normally comes out to be $580 total. Electric is separate, and you will easily just set up an account with ipl. Internet/cable is also separate, you may pick any provider. Parking situation is nice, and visitors don't have to park in any certain area. You will just have to fill out an application, and pay a $50 application fee. Once you're approved, you will be signed onto the lease. My lease is up in November, and if you want to continue living there, you just easily fill out an online renewal. I need to be moved out by mid august, and also need to give them notice of leaving 60 days in advance, which is the middle of June. If you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible.
