HOA had just finished the renovation on my building. New vinyl siding, new roofing and double pane windows were set on place and were finished mid-January 2007. Carport renovation is also in place in the near future. HOA had also completed putting up a new wood fence around the property and a retaining wall from my back yard (public area). I made improvements in the patio partly enclosing it with concrete blocks, placing marble chips on the floor/ground, adding plants like dahlias, gladiolus, hybiscus, tulips, hostas, jasmine and roses with an addition of a fountain from a huge whisky barrel. Plants from the front yard and the west side of the builing (my unit is an end unit) are already strating to bloom. Neighborhood Description People are very cordial to each other.
