There is an unfinished storage shed next to the pond which was constructed to hold a boat. It has electricity. We can run the sprinklers, 3 garden hoses, and still take a good shower. There is also an outdoor shower with well water in the back yard. The septic system has been cleaned out 5/2024. The pool heater and valves are new 5/2024 and the sand in the sand filer was replaced summer 2023. The roof was replaced due to hail in 2023. We now have a signed contract on this house, but it has a contingency, so we are open to another offer at this time.
