Water pumps from lake to sinks for washing dishes/hands; recommend 5 gallon water dispenser for hot/cold drinking/cooking water. RV toilet drains to a tank on back of dock; there is inexpensive service on lake to pump tank when full. Electricity currently through TXU; runs $10-15 per weekend used. Rather than expensive property taxes, annual dock fee of approximately $400/year to the county water district (paid through 2021).
