The log cabin is located near Little River just off Hwy 321 in Townsend on a private gated drive. It has direct access to the Townsend bike and walking path. This is a great location for travel on Lamar Alexander Parkway to either, Maryville, Alcoa, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville or surrounding areas including the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cades Cove. The schools in Blount County include: Townsend Elementary, Heritage Middle and Heritage High School. This cabin home has 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. This home has a large living room with attached kitchen and eat on bar. The bedrooms are nice size with closets. The furnishings are stove and refrigerator. Note" (This house has a large fireplace but the tenant will Not be able to use it due to liability). The property has city water. I "the landlord" will take care of All lawn and leaf service and pest control as well as AC filter changes (per month) and septic treatments. FREE Household Garbage service is also provided with this rental.The tenant pays for all other utilities. This house has aprox (780+ sq. ft) and a few updates like a new central heat and air 4 years ago and roof. It also has wood flooring, wood trim & wood doors for a real rustic feel as a log home should be. The home is located on a nice wooded hillside. This rental is available for a one year lease. $1,025 monthly rent. Which breaks down to $1,025 for first months rent, $1200 security dep. The property security deposit covers potential damages, other expenses and lost rental income. We follow a very thorough screening process. After that, at the applicants expense, background checks are done on "All Adults" that will be renting the house and staying at the house. We will also need references from past landlords/places you have lived. All applications will be done by us and a 3d party. We will Not take a application without meeting and talking to all perspective tenants in person. There will be No more pictures made available for this rental. FREE Household Garbage service, yard/leaf blowing/gutter cleaning is provided with this rental. Tenant responsible for all utilities.
