Never had a trouble any trouble with parking (rare in Sd Apartment Complexes), maintenance always comes the day of to fix anything, and everyone here is super friendly! We really do not want to move but have to since they have a no dog policy and I have to find somewhere that will allow my dog. We are not looking for someone to sublease; we are looking for someone to take over our apartment so we are not penalized for breaking our lease early. (lease would be for 1 year for $1595/month).
