2 bedroom/1.5 bath with nice office space. Well maintained comfortable house near the middle of town. Covered carport, nice yard and big secure shed. Renter pays for all utilities. No smoking. We love pets but renters are liable for any damage. We live in the house in front with kids so must safely share driveway. Yard work is expected to be maintained properly by renters.
