Electricity and WiFi are already set up. Renters insurance is required by the landlord. Parking is available upon request. The building has multiple staircases and an elevator, making move-in easy. My roommate will also be subleasing their room, so if you're looking with a friend, both rooms may be available. There is a one-time $300 sublet fee required before leasing. Can be split.
