The unit includes in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a balcony, AC and heating, and recently upgraded features. Rent is $675/month, plus a flat $25 fee for water, sewer, and garbage. Electricity and WiFi are already set up. Renters insurance is required by the landlord. Parking is available upon request. The building has multiple staircases and an elevator, making move-in easy. My roommate will also be subleasing their room, so if you're looking with a friend, both rooms may be available. There is a one-time $300 sublet fee required before leasing. Can be split.
