This older church property was bought by my mom and I from people who had turned the duplex into a church. There is a church sanctuary in the front; when you walk through the double doors with hardwood pews all red cushioned and a stage pulpit area all light red carpet and gold painted walls. There is also one bathroom purple colored walls and two bedrooms towards the back. Upstairs their was remodeling that was unfinished; the wall and ceiling have to be put in and the upstairs bathroom needs new plumming; however, the downstairs bathroom and sink work fine; very strong building. It has a huge backyard that I fenced all around and driveway. The front yard is a nice size as well. It is close to the downtown Memphis area and right around the corner from STAX museum.
