All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Exterior cameras record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, as plumbing issues may result in charges. If the home needs unexpected or scheduled maintenance, access may be required with 24-hour written notice.
