I bought this property for 43500 as an investment property. I rented it out at first then I started an extensive remodel. I put a new roof on it. I changed the layout for the bedrooms and added a bathroom. I installed a tankless hot water heater. The house has new pvc and pex lines. The kitchen is gutted and has some flooring removed to make repairs in the crawl space. All together I have spent over 20k on the property. I believe the house needs another 15k for a kitchen and a bathroom upstairs. I was half way through the project when my business picked up a lot and I do not have the time or money to finish this one. I would recommend this property to investors or contractors.
