(For context, that means District Pour House, Louie's Wine Dive, etc. are 0.5 mile away and the Brookside Shops are a whopping mile away.) The area is great for young families looking for the Brookside-Waldo area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath - perfect for 2-4 people. The house is available for rent on July 1st.
