Space is 3 stories with a spacious living area and incredible rooftop deck with a grill, lounge area and views of the entire city. The available bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom and large windows with great natural light. The House: 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom home Your own private en-suite bathroom Rooftop deck with amazing views + grill Washer & dryer in-unit In-garage parking spot Shared common areas with full kitchen and living space The Roommates: We're 2 easygoing, open-minded guys in our 30s who would love to find to find a chill person to add to our home. We're social, welcoming and love meeting new people. We enjoy having people over (and encourage you to do the same, our attitude is the more the merrier!), but we always keep the house respectful and clean. Generally we're pretty chill and easy to get along with. We both have jobs and lives outside of our home and want to foster a cool space/community with good vibes that's a good time for everyone. Open to all genders we're respectful and chill with whatever. Only one household rule: no shoes :) Rent Details: Utilities usually $200 - $300/month total, split 3 ways.
