Driveway parking. Single female or mother with children is acceptable. Willing to discuss pets if necessary. 6 month to 1 year lease term. Utilities included. Bathroom will be cleaned by housekeeper bi-weekly (fee is included in rent). Smoke free. Prefer no pets but willing to discuss. Room can come furnished. Responsible for cleaning up after yourself in common areas.
