No UD's (unlawful detainers i.e. a previous eviction). Rent is to be equal to or less than 35% of monthly income--total earnings per month of tenants (collectively) is over $5700 per month, or be able to provide a co-signer with the required income. $1900 damage deposit plus first month's rent due upon signing lease. To qualify, a criminal background check and credit check will be completed on all prospective tenants. Not currently certified for section 8.
