The unit is on the 5th floor and has in-suite laundry, a big balcony with a vast view over new west, and is in a new building with fully furnished common areas (bedroom is not furnished). Rent is $1316.66 per month (not including internet and hydro). No pets. The space is bright, clean, and comfortable, and we also have a nice, responsive landlord. The location is super convenient: a 10-minute walk to Edmonds SkyTrain Station and the Edmonds Station bus loop, a 15-minute walk to Highgate Village (Save-On-Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, and more), and about a 10-minute drive to Metrotown Mall. The area is very walkable with lots of nearby parks, and has easy access to transit, shops, and groceries. Building amenities include a gym, a storage room, and a guest room for visitors.
