Someone who will maintain their unit in a clean and orderly fashion. 4. Has no animals with fur on them. 5. Is a non-smoker or is willing to only smoke outside and take care of their cigarette butts if they are a smoker. 6. Basically someone who follows the Golden Rule. Here is what I offer: 1. I have a small complex of only 15 units. I do not run a mega-plex that is so large that you are just a number. I care about each and every one of my tenants! 2. We are a complete melting pot of society. All races and all ages are welcome here! It is what is in your heart that counts! 3. The complex is quiet. Everyone gets along. 4. I do not get vacancies very often. Most of the time, an existing or prior tenant will refer one of their family members, co-workers or friends to me. I have owned the building for over 22 years and 1 of the tenants have been with me the whole time. 5. The units are just plain huge. Almost 1000 square feet! This is 200-250sf larger than most 2 bedroom units. 6. This unit is in really good condition! 7. I do all of my own credit and background checks. I do not charge a penny for this service.
