Looking for a single or 2 persons renting together to occupy the 2-bedroom one bath basement in my home located in the Valley Hills area of Heber City. The 1,250 square foot space is fully furnished and carpeted comprised of two large bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large living area with gas fireplace, TV, and dining table. Shared entrance, kitchen and laundry are upstairs. There is an additional fridge and a microwave in the basement. Large fenced backyard; no smoking and no pets but must love dogs. I have two large labs. $1,000 per month for single, negotiable terms for two, available March 31st. First and last month plus $500 security deposit due at signing. Rent is somewhat negotiable for the right person with an annual lease. Ideally, I'm looking for a person, no gender preference, who is clean, quiet, respectful and considerate. No smoking in home. No late night activities. Owner has 2 dogs.
