This home was originally built in the 1950s and I have worked to keep its original charm while making it comfortable and modern. I own a custom furniture making studio here in Santa Fe (Boyd and Allister) and almost all of the furniture has been built by hand for the space. Monthly does not include utilities. Im open to discussing pets. The house is fully furnished but I am open to discussing removing furniture. No smoking. Looking for a long term tenant.
