Master has a separate connecting nook that can serve an extra space with two children beds. The home expands to the outdoor living space, including a vanishing edge pool/spa, a luxury outdoor Al Fresco branded kitchen equipment, a covered and heated seating area for 12, a garden, a play area, and a gas fire pit with Adirondack seating chairs. Nature hikes along the Sandia Creek trail, Wineries , and downtown main street restaurants are all within 10 minutes. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a portable queen air mattress suitable for the office for any overnight guests you make have. Our home features a 55' LG OLED TV in the living room, 48 inch LG in Master BD and at 48 inch in the garage near the work out equipment. Our home also has unlimited high-speed satellite internet Wi-Fi access via a new mesh network that extends through the home and the outdoor entertainment area. The home has two Tesla-3 batteries and a car charger. This is a furnished Mid-Term Rental. All rentals are 30 days or longer. Utilities are included with a cap of $500/ month for propane and electric combined. (43 solar panels, two Tesla 3 batteries minimize power bill). Pet owners should be aware of the native owls, coyotes, and snakes that are part of the environment.
