Available early August - somewhat flexible. The 'apartment' is a free standing house with no one above or below you and making noise (no other units are connected at all), laundry in the unit, and hardwood (alternative) floors (no carpet). Nice sized rooms with good closet space (3 bedrooms each with their own parking spot), good natural light, excellent maintenance, and off street parking (right next to the University!). Non smoking apartment. Pet friendly ! I need to give tenants at least 24 hours notice to give a showing. Renter is responsible for utilities. This is a non smoking house.
