Lot rent is $150 a month, utilities are about the same amount. I've put a LOT of work into this place in the last two years and it still needs a little fixing up, but it IS livable. I've painted the interior walls, put in carpet and new vinyl tile flooring, replaced the faucets, and fixed some walls and floors. The things that still need work are small projects and should be easy to manage. There are no cabinet or counter doors, one wall in the living room needs the wiring fixed including the porch light, the water pressure in the kitchen is a little low but still works, the ceiling fan needs rewired, and the back porch needs rebuilt. I am leaving the supplies I have left for whoever takes it. It runs on gas heat and central air. Must be able to pass a background check. Some appliances might be left, as well. Trash is paid for and is picked up Tuesday mornings.
