The lease is until June 23rd and then you'll have the option to re-sign a year long lease or go month to month. A Picnic table with charcoal grill is located right outside and there's a bike rake as well. Laundry is on site and coin operated and the apartment comes with one parking space (street parking is also easily available for a second vehicle).
