A living rooms fully furnished with Smart tv's 3 balconies that overlook the beach and/or mission bay Looking for a mid-term tenant to rent this fully furnished and ready to move in home monthly or month to month. Tenant to pay for utilities and cable in addition to rent. No indoor smoking. No pets. No parties or excessive noise (the neighbors homes are so close to each other that if they are disturbed they will report noise complaints to the police).
