The house is located 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and 7 minutes from the airport. This is a roommate situation with 4 other respectable male roommates. You have your private room but share the bathroom with only one person. The prospective roommate must have a real regular full-time job, nonsmoker, drug free, no marihuana smoker, and not a heavy drinker. A criminal background will be performed. This room is for only one person (no couples). One year contract is required. The rent includes all the utilities. I live in the property. Therefore, I take good care and pride of my house.
