A minimum credit score of 640 and no more than three (3) late payments within the past one year, unless tenant provides supplemental evidence that justifies or negates the relevance of potentially negative information revealed through screening. Supplemental evidence may be in the form of personal letters, documents from a community organization, proof of treatment in a substance treatment program, or anything else you believe to be relevant. Within 36 hours of accepted application, a deposit of $1000 in secured funds (or fully executed rental agreement) is required to hold the unit. Must begin tenancy within one week of unit available date unless otherwise discussed. There is a 200 not-refundable cleaning deposit.
