    The mother-in-law house is in the rear of the main property, located 1 block north of Othello Park and 3 blocks east of the Othello Light Rail Station. The home offers an open concept main living area with the two bedrooms and one bathroom opening onto the main living area. It is a single story, all on ground level. New luxury vinyl floors throughout. The kitchen shares a wall with the main house and has a stainless steel stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Large kitchen counter with 3 bar stools, which is open to the main living area. Gas fireplace in the living room. In-unit stacked washer and dryer. Street parking is available with the purchase of a City permit ($95 annually per vehicle). Renters can share a small storage shed on the property with me (the homeowner). Prospective applicants should contact the owner for a showing and to obtain an application. OVERVIEW OF LEASING REQUIREMENTS. Further details will be supplied with the application. Utilities (water, sewer, garbage, gas, and electricity) are $200 per month for double occupancy and are paid electronically to the landlord on the 1st of each month. Authorize the landlord to obtain a tenant screening report. Please note that the landlord does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports, also known as portable screening reports. Provide a copy of a valid photo ID (Passport, State-issued driver's license, or State-issued ID cards are acceptable forms) Be able to verify a favorable residence history for at least the prior 24 months Provide correct phone numbers for current and previous landlord(s) Provide eviction history (if applicable) and sign a 12-month lease.
